The Assistant City Manager supports department heads and the City Manager in the day-to-day operations of the City. Working directly under the City Manager, functions of the assistant include: the preparation of reports and recommendations to the City Council, community planning and development, and communication between the City Manager, consultants, and department heads. This position is also responsible for the City's planning and zoning adminstration.
