The goal of the City of Swartz Creek's Building and Zoning Department is to provide for the health, welfare and safety of the general public as it pertains to buildings and their environs in an efficient, cost effective, user-friendly, and professional manner.

If you need assistance or information concerning building permits, code enforcement, engineering standards, or building inspections this department can assist you by providing the necessary forms and guidance
