What is it?
An art fair? Its a gathering of artists for the purpose of...oh..I mean..
Art in the Park 2010 is the second installment of what will be one of the finest annual fine art fairs in Mid-Michigan. It is an outdoor fair held on sunny Saturday, August 28th, 2010. Patrons can expect the finest art vendors, live music, local foods, and engaging children's activities while enjoying the many comforts, joys, and experiences of Swartz Creek's famous Elms Park.
Elms Park?
Elms Park is Swartz Creek's premier destination for outdoor recreation, sports, and solitude. It mixes its natural ambiance with an urban location to make for one of the best outdoor venues for an art fair. Regionally located minutes from the I-69 and I-75 interchange, you will find it co-mingling with neighborhood residences and Swartz Creek's east side local business district at the Miller Road exit.

In short, the event is scheduled to operate rain or shine in a shaded location within the park 9am-5pm.
